1. TAMAN BAMBU (Cipayung, East Jakarta).

This park is placed at Jl. Rw. Binong Blk. Jacky No.60, RT.6/RW.1, Setu, Cipayung, East Jakarta which has an operational hour starting from 8am to 6pm. This operational hour is actually not permanent, they could be changed in holiday. This park is officialized by the government in 2010 and developed in 2012. The park has a width of 2,93 hectares.

 

Taman Bambu is one of the park that has a goal of optimalizing utilization of outdoor using “Rain Garden” concept. is a concept of raindrop that absorbed to the soil and the raindrop gathered in the soil. Then, it will create water ground such as pond, swamp, and lake.

 

In Taman Bambu, there is a playground for kids and it has swings, slide, and see saw. The trees make this park’s scenery great and mild and this can also make the people that come to this park feel comfortable. Every weekend, there is a bazaar thet sell clothes, foods, accessories, and many more. This bazaar increase the number of the visitors of this park. If you want to take a picture or shoot a video in the park, there will be no difficulties because the procedures in this park is really easy. You only need to write the datas of you and promise to keep the park clean and not make any mess, then security guard will let you take pictures and shoot videos as much as possible.

 

Considering that this park is still new than the other park, there are not that much of trees in this park, but still, this park is beautiful.

 

 

1. TAMAN LANGSAT (Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta).

Placed at Jl. Barito, RT.3/RW.1, Kramat Pela, Kebayoran Baru, RT.3/RW.1, Kramat Pela, Kby. Baru, South Jakarta. This park is 3,6 hectares large. Taman Langsat is famous for being used in some movie productions, like horror movies. Some of Raditya Dika’s movies were also shot here. It is great to come to this ark early in the morning because you can hear the sound of birds chirping loudly and beautifully.

 

This park provides some facilities, like a jogging track which has 750 meters long and a width of 2 meters which track is like a hill, a tennis court, an area where people can look at the collectionof plants, and kids playground. This park also has artificial lakes, river, and palm trees cultivation area. The big trees of this park usually make visitors happy because they are protected from the sunlight.

 

 

1. TAMAN CATTLEYA (Slipi, West Jakarta).

Taman Cattleya is located at Slipi, RT 15 / RW 01, Palmerah, RT.15/RW.1, Kemanggisan, Palmerah, West Jakarta. This Park has 3 hectares wide, overgrown with some type of plant. Just like the other park, this park usually used by locals to spend their evening and enjoying the nature view. Also, there are some people who use the lake in Cattleya Park for fishing. You can visit this park for free, but it has an operational hours from 7am to 10pm. So it is the only time available for you to take your time to do some refreshing, from your busy life.

 

The atmosphere at Taman Cattleya is suitable for having a holiday with family, special friends, and other people that you want to take. This park location is also strategic, it means that it’s easy to find the park. This park provides an area where people can do sport as in gym with the sport equipment, it also provides huge parking lot. You don’t have to worry to find the park and you can bring your own transportation. If you are too lazy to use your own transportation, you can use public transportation too.

 

The park is so clean, comfortable and quite, and it provides a fishing area. This park is very suitable for you who like to capture your moment, just bring your phone or camera and go take picture as many as you like.

 

 

1. TAMAN WADUK PLUIT (Pluit, North Jakarta).

The exact location of this park is Jl. Pluit Timur Raya No.12, RT.6/RW.5, Pluit, Penjaringan, RT.6/RW.5, Pluit, Penjaringan, North Jakarta and has a width of 10 hectares. This place is good for sport exercise, like jogging, running or only refreshing. Like Taman Cattleya, this park has an area that provides sport equipment like at the gym. This place is one of many places that become the people’s favorite to be visited because it’s so clean. Also, many kids love to visit this place just to play with their friends in the afternoon. No need to worry about being hungry, you can get food easily from the street food vendors nearby. Many people brought their pet to just walk or jogging when the evening comes.

 

In Taman Waduk Pluit, there is also a reservoir that became a perfect spot to take a picture. This reservoir became the icon of the Waduk Pluit park and many people recognize Waduk Pluit park because of the reservoir.

 

 

1. TAMAN MENTENG (Menteng, Central Jakarta).

Located at Jl. HOS. Cokroaminoto, RT.03 / RW.05, Menteng, RT.3/RW.5, Menteng, Central Jakarta. This park has a width of 3,4 hectares. Taman Menteng became one of many park that recently visited by the locals or visitors from outside Jakarta. Not only serving a refreshing place and green spaces, Taman Menteng also serves futsal and basketball field facility. No wonder every evening some people came to this park to use that field for play.

 

For you who always bring your kids to the park, you don’t have to worry that your kids will feel bored because there is so many big playground for children in that park. This park also provide greenhouse, but unfortunately it is still empty. However the beauty of the Park, will make you want to stay there.
